For someone that has started with Serato I totaly agree with the not training your ears. I do not have the ear talnet like most DJs I know. I have secretly started using just records with my tables at home trying to beat match by ear only. This has made me a better DJ. As for scratching I feel I have another 3 years before I get that down. Most love and keep it up.
