I just got 2 tyres that came off of a Tug at the airport, look very similar, my main aim is to burn fat, it this more endurance and strength training or can it also burn fat?
salam brother. its been time since ive been doing this training. well as i know it this is core training and also stamina/strength. its all a collection of things, not too sure about burning fat. you talking about your gut im guessing? lol best way for that to go is treadmill and sit ups and all the other stuff to make ur stomach fat goooo.
lol, yes did take some strengt, not enough though. need to practice more and do more and faster. not a hobby and nor for competing. it is just for training myself.
my form on picking the wheel is so wrong man lol, no wonder why my back used to hurt lol.
