The blonde guy to the left of Bruno is another of Pittsburgh's own wrestlers, Shane Douglas. The guy in the suit with Cigna is the late, legendary Killer Kowalski.
Anyone tell who the other guy and the ref are?

I love those old K-Team ads, one of my favorites (which I don't have, unfortunately) is the one with Cigna in the helicopter flying high above the city, and another one where he's coming out of a burning building.
