The song is called "La Concha" or "The seashell" and it is a Venezuelan song, here is an old version:

Just to confirm that she is Venezuelan, playing a cuatro, and the form of music is a corrío, which comes from the verb "correr", to run, so the name kind of refers to how the verses flow one after another: justa s Mexican corrido has one verse after another without a chorus to break things up.
Venezuela presente en todas partes! (Venez. everywhere!)

Well, I'd like to clarify the fact that the song Yva is singing is not an Andean song,as the caption of the video says. that is a traditional folk song from the east-center of Venezuela, and it's commonly called "corrío" and I doubt that there'd be a possible translation in English

shes Yva Las Vegas. I started listening to her because she was a member of Sweet 75 with Nivarna bassist Krist Novoselic in 1997. they were going to produce another album in 2000 but didn't in the end because of "musical differences". There first album is really good though, you could get it on Amazon or something. Its self-titled.
