@Sevival no it is actually a game. The Infinity Engine you are speaking of is maybe 10+ years old and was used on several of Biowares AD&D PC games such as Baldurs Gate and BG II. Search google for "Infinity Universe" and you'll find a homepage for the game which is currently in development
