My last video comment although encompassing much more than this one and used as an example to show how little is actually printed from what I say as it was with the Canadian Press reporter who published this story below

Well my last statement in it caused some embarrassment in my family and as I had put it up at 330 am while I went sleepless with worry for days on end and was not quite myself I will replace that with this

It is the Surrey Leader and it remains to be seen what they say as I haven't seen any story.

I ,because of a 150 year old law being changed in canada am a loser and elizabeth may of the green party is saying she was "vindicated" and "fought hard against anti semitism"

This is a travesty of the highest order

They said they would bankrupt me with legal fees and it appears they were correct

THE LAWSUIT VERDICT WAS RELEASED ON ELIZABETH MAY'S BIRTHDAY

Yeah coincidence


The judge admitted they lost and libeled me
That elizabeth may slandered me and lied

And I am ashamed to be Canadian right now and say if not for me as I obvious make enemies sticking up for the underdogs but for all those others like Lesley Hughes in winnipeg who sued the liberals for the last election as well and others

They will all have waited years and now their cases are irrelevant with one case


I stand to lose a lot this time
I went to jail as an innocent man when I was almost 20 years younger
This is hard


I will some how re-clear my previously very good name and I dont care who I have to educate to do so

Green Party fends off lawsuit

A former Green Party candidate for Newton-North Delta has lost his libel action against the party for suggesting his comments could be viewed as anti-Semitic.
In 2008, the Green Party of Canada removed John Shavluk as a candidate, after an 2006 internet post attributed to him was made public.
The party sent out a release indicating "Shavluk will not be the candidate for the party in Newton-North Delta, following revelations that he made comments in 2006 on an online discussion forum that could be construed as anti-Semitic."
Shavluk sued the Green Party and its leader Elizabeth May.
Last week, Justice Carol Ross found in favour of May and the party.
"In the result, I have concluded that statements in both the press release and the September 16, 2008 conference call interview defamed Mr. Shavluk, were not justified on the evidence before me, and were not fair comment," Ross wrote in her finding.
"However, I have concluded that the occasion of their publication was one of qualified privilege and that there was no evidence of malice."
She ruled that Shavluk will pick up the legal costs.
Shavluk said Monday the ruling was "a joke and a travesty."
"I'm 53 years old and a military veteran, and I'm beside myself," Shavluk said. "I'm looking at bankruptcy with legal fees, like they told me when this thing started."
He became aware of additional comments made by May just after last week's ruling, and he's not happy.
"Obviously, if I can raise funds, I'm going to be going after her until I win," Shavluk said.
