With the help of the Wright Flight program and WRAP, Jared earned his opportunity to fly in a personal aircraft by doing well in school and meeting his goals. He has always dreamed of becoming a pilot some day, and I think that desire is even stronger now that he's had this experience.

  • im 12 and want to fly, how much dose it cost? Possibly a brake down of the price,

  • This opportunity was earned and did not cost anything. Some places will have flight training or "Young Eagle" opportunities. Checking in with the smaller airports nearby would be a great place to start.

  • im dreaming of becoming a pilot im 13 what should i do?

  • If you have a small local airport in your area, I would look there first. Some have flight training programs. Good luck and please keep your dream.

  • Do you have to pass a test before they will teach you how fly?

  • Its been two years since I posted my last comment, Ill now 16, currelty in flight training. Got 25 hours so far, man just unbeveliveable

  • if you really want to fly and would like to go to the military and fly go to civil air patrol in a city near you its awesome

  • i fly for free with The Royal Canadian Air Cadets its a kids flying club i fly the Cessna 172s there nice

  • i flied with my dad when i was 7- he's a pilot, i sat in the right seat.

not everybody gets to do these things, and even if they can, sometimes they're not mature enough =/

  • im taking lessons on my six this saturday i do radios and stuff do all the taxing and stuff and the takeoff also the perflights. That money is worth it if you have a passion for flying

  • Oh yeah, on average it will take 60 hours to complete your instructions... so, $150.00 * 60 = $9,000.00

  • If you want to fly - Go to a flight school at your local airport. It will cost roughly $150.00 per lesson.

To find a flight school: 1, google flight school in your area. 2, call your closest municipal airport and ask for schools.

You can take lessons at any age! but, need to be 16 to fly solo and 17 to get you certificate/license

  • I got a rc airplane last week. My friend let's me fly it in there yard when there there. I put a call sign on it n3419p.

  • well i finaly know a place i can fly yay and great video really great!
