@shldnbschmn He did water it down a little, presumably so O'Reilly wouldn't jump all over him and distract from Mike's actual message and make him look crazy. There's just so much to say, and so little time was allowed- I think Mike did a great job of fitting the most important information in there. It's good to at least plant the seed in people's heads that starch is actually sugar.
This is right on. Nothing but fat everywhere you look, everyone is sick. Education is key, and understanding the agenda behind the mainstream information machine. Think for yourselves!
I can't go to the washroom unless I eat grains, or at least that is what I thought. When I was on the induction diet of the atkins, for my acid reflux, I actually became regular with no bowel pains. But I worry that I am not getting enough fiber. Confused?
