It brings back memories of the country which I was born, my parents recently moved back about 6 yrs ago, I now live in sarasota ,florida. When I am ready I would like to go back and visit my ancestors..

Obrigadu Claudine! I visited C.V. for the first time this past February for Carnaval. My mom and dad are from Brava but I only got to visit Sao Vicente, Santiago & Santo Antao! I loved every one of the islands! Em tem sodade de Cabo Verde! Em ta torna bai pa Baias da gatas na St. Vicente, Augusto 2011! I cant wait!!!

I love this video, I like how you included immigrants in Cape Verde in this pictures, because Cape Verde is more than just Cape Verdean, there are many immigrants, I love that you show them in a slide called 'faces of Cape Verde', this represents the 'faces' we see in Cape Verde more than the other tourist videos.
