This is part one of my third Bourbon group tasting.

This group is composed of Old Forester, Woodford, Black Maple Hill, Elmer T Lee, and Bulleit Bourbon.

My original plan was to put a bottle of Blanton's in this group, but I came across Elmer and it's a less expensive purchase and made from the same distiller, and I've never had it before.

The conclusion and second part of this video takes place here:

Quite a great ride.

Cheers!

  • Bulleit is actually made by Four Roses Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. It's believed that Four Roses is making the white dog and Diageo is aging Bulleit at their warehouses at the closed Stitzel-Weller Distillery.

  • @shuboy05 Bulleit is made by Four Roses. Yup.

  • haven't found anything i like better than bulleit

  • @steamedturtle It seems to be very much a love it or hate it whiskey, I don't find many people in the middle of the road when it comes to their opinion of it.

  • It's actually pronounced LA-BRO and Graham, and it is indeed BULLET, not BULLEET. (My younger brother dated Hollis Bulleit for a couple of years in high school).
