@thelastcrisis hi, i just found this reply to me. the HMS Richards trust republished this through the R&H in 2004. you can find it numerous places online. lost and found books, amazon, R&H and VOP are just a few places to purchase it. God bless.

I have a promise book written by HMS Richards, written in 1956. I found it in a storage bldg. belonging to an SDA friend. They gave it to me and I've loved it and read it, usually daily, ever since 1992. I never tire of it. He was a very special man.

@faithwillwin Thank you for sharing that! Wish I knew more about the promise book you speak of. You are so right, he was a very special man. I believe this comes through in the video - he was very humble and down to earth, not a hint of self-importance or pretentiousness, yet his love of God and for souls was so very apparent!

I love this Man. He was such a great man Of the Word.
During the Glacier View meetings...rather than get caught up in the debates...He re-read the New Testament the whole time.
He also wasnt afraid to look into new understandings of the word...as he endorsed the Book "All Eyes on Israel".

@moshin68 Appreciate your comment! Yes, HMS was truly a great man of the Word of God and this was the source of his tremendous impact and influence no doubt. My deceased father once told me that if the Bible disappeared from the earth, that HMS could re-write it from memory.
Very interesting about the Glacier View meetings. What were those meetings about, that caused HMS to rather spend his time with the New Testament? That is an inspiring anecdote. Thank you again.
