  • "If the words 'life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness' don't include the right to experiment with your own consciousness, then the Declaration of Independence isn't worth the hemp it was written on." ~ Terence McKenna

man..so much that this crop is useful for... the oil from the hemp seed is actually more nutritious than our beloved soybean...

Take that soy lovers!( but I really don't have anything against you. I like soy too!) The United states would greatly benefit from exporting products made from this crop alone.. We need to export a little more..I can't find much made from the USA which is sad...and why our economy is doing poorly..

  • Most enlightening is the book, The King of California (Cotton) by Mark Arax and Rick Wartzman. You'll find our government, the U.S.D.A., et al, have always been wags of the rich. Now, in addition to these characters, we also have a media oligarchy mesmerizing you and I. Stop watching TV, get out of the churches, and know the truth.

  • APA will Also decriminalize" marijuana/Hemp APA knows cannabis has many curing capabilities like cancer etc and also Makes better clothing,Rope using far less water then cotton, A much better alternative for a green future , APA will implement a system for farmers to change from Cotton farming to hemp farming with government assistance.

  • Cotton, the fabric of our ignorant government laws.

  • I have a world war 2 vintage duffel bag made from hemp that has been used continuously for 73 years.

  • @mrsafetymeeting quite a gross oversimplification, though yes it does challenge the status quo of engineered scarcity. If you were to really look at the monetary policies of all countries you would really see that these bs terms capitolism and communism really mask the fact that all superpowers are run by kleptocrats calling themselves "central banks" they are really bank cartels.

  • Hemp is banned because it goes against capitalism. Anyone can easily grow it. It can easily be processed. You can make nearly everything out of it and it lasts forever. Where is the profit in this? This is the one and only reason hemp is illegal.

  • cannabis for the win!

  • I see lots of upsides, and virtually no downsides, to the hemp industry. If only we weren't forced at gunpoint under threat of imprisonment to financially support the very government that deliberately hinders our freedom and holds back civilization. Government is constantly screwing things up. At the root of every social problem, you will find that dirty little "G"-word.

  • @Klankumz Amen! they say hemp clothes could last 3 lifetimes!
