I have heard both this version (Lippa's) and La Chiusa's version of The Wild Party. Musically speaking, I think the perfect Wild Party would be a mix of both of them, because in my opinion they both have strong and weak points.

No official recording of the Austrian cast, I'm afraid. You can get an wonderful, wonderful recording of the New York cast, though!
