You do not need the download just go to regedit then choose HKEY_CURRENT_USER then hit desktop then windowsmetrics then add new stringvalue then call it minwidth make the value -255 then restart then you are done

You don't need to download anything if you have Windows Vista, you can manually do it yourself, Run>RegEdit>HKEY_CURRENT_USER>
Make the "Control Panel" folder bigger>than go down to WindowsMetrics>Right click on any blank White spot on that page>New>String Value>Create as "MidWidth">set as -255. -
