Roadrunner would rape Speedy. Speedy's actually been caught before; Roadrunner has not.

Gravity works differently in cartoons,they go out over the edge of a cliff with nothing to stand on but they will not fall until they are aware of it.

This was Friz Freleng's only attempt at directing a Road Runner cartoon (his credit as "co-producer" for the 1965-'66 RR&C series, with David DePatie, was required under his contract with the studio; Herb Klynn's Format Films actually produced those). Friz added Speedy and Sylvester as well, blending stock footage from earlier cartoons featuring all four characters.
