Amtrak & CSX Trains in Lorton Virginia

This was my last vacation day in Virginia (Summer 2009). After catching several trains in Lorton Virginia, we rode the Auto Train back to Sanford Florida. The Trip to Sanford will be posted in the near future.
What's in the video:
00:06 Southbound Amtrak Regional
00:28 Northbound CSX mixed freight
02:00 Southbound Amtrak Engine Swap Engines #181 & #130 (probably from DC or Bear Shops in Delaware?) They brought P42DC #130 down to power the Auto Train
03:20 Northbound CSX Tropicana Juice Train. (Notice the fox on the right jumping off the tracks)
03:42 Amtrak changing engines to the left
04:23 Southbound VRE commuter train
04:43 Northbound power move after the engine swap. #181 takes #178 back north.
05:08 Power for today's Auto Train (PO53), engines #130 & #144 move forward to connect to the Auto Train consist

@howardkevinm : Thanks for asking, you gave me motivation to go up to Sanford and check. As of Thursday, April 15 the new station looks like its about 50% complete. It's on the same spot as the original station. I'll try to upload video in the near future.

@WhistlepostWP I just want to let you know, I was at the sanford terminal on july 26th and it was about 95% complete. I took it from Lorton to there on the 18th and left the 26th.

@lespaulguy32 awesome. Yeah I rode the Silver Meteor from Winter Park FL to Petersburg VA August 8th. I saw the station as I passed by. They are making good progress on the building. I will definitely have to book a trip on AT next year and check out the lobby!
