@loufalce Paranoia?Lousy politics was when USA send people on the Moon.For what?At that time USSR simple send lunar rover and because was first on moon,USA for show send people with same result :/
And more - Aelita based on novel with same title written by A.N. Tolstoy in emigration,and based on works of K.Tsiolkovsky, who was the pioneer of astronautic theory. There are only 2 ideology ideas - how terrible fascism (the new ideology at that years in Italy) and that all people in world are equal.

Fascinating. Lousy politics-a Soviet Union on Mars? But the expressionistic sets and the costumes are awesome, not to mention the music.Even though it is a silent film, it was years ahead of its time.
