The joke in the video is a classic, but I've always heard/told it a bit different. Instead of a school cafeteria it's a prison. It just makes more sense that way. One in a prison you wouldn't have as much time to tell a joke and two that everyone would have heard the same jokes over and over again. Also the punch line can get changed up "Some people can tell them and some people can't" or "it's all in the delivery". - All in all very funny.
