  • thats great the last time you emailed me you said you were going for red im pleased you got it and are now traing for the brown,im now a black belt and am in my year out (just trainig now) then i shall be going for my 2nd degree,

  • Pretty good. A little sloopy.

  • Thanks for posting. This helped in going over white belt form. Not much Kuk Sul on the net and can't have an instructor there with you at home to practice with. Hope you're still at it and training in KSW. Keep posting more of these kinds of videos. It helps a lot of people. Props, and hope you have continued success with martial arts.
