Thanks for posting. This helped in going over white belt form. Not much Kuk Sul on the net and can't have an instructor there with you at home to practice with. Hope you're still at it and training in KSW. Keep posting more of these kinds of videos. It helps a lot of people. Props, and hope you have continued success with martial arts.
