This is the second part of my video PhotoShop Before and After. I made it using PhotoShop CS3. In this pics are my friends and me, and I made it using their heads and blending them on bodies of celebrities.

I didn't.. you just need to have some basic knowledge in PhotoShop... you can find many good tutorials, just google it :) It's not complicated at all, it's all about cutting the picture, blending it to another one and adjusting the color/size ..etc. :)
