This is the original footage of the end of the chase in El Monte, CA where what can only be described as evil demonically inspired pigs with a badge kicked a suspect in the head full force, potentially killing him. The kicking cop then high fives the cop with the police dog, and then he pats another cop on the back. Note the narrator's shock at what he was watching.

Meanwhile the police chief of El Monte says this:
----
"I'm looking into it, and I don't have all the facts yet," said El Monte Police Chief Tom Armstrong, who watched the video in a news van shortly after the suspect was taken into custody.

"I worked internal affairs for four years and I have learned that you do not make a decision in a vacuum," Armstrong said. "I do not know what was in the mind of that officer, as to why he did that. I saw the individual turn his head toward the officer."

The suspect was cornered, prone, and unresisting; he was already submitting to arrest. The question of whether he has "earned" punishment of some kind should be made by a jury.

El Monte Police Chief Tom Armstrong contends that the act of kicking the unresisting suspect in the face may be justified by the fact that "the individual turn[ed] his head toward the officer."

So the mere act of looking at a policeman creates an "officer safety" issue?

Armstrong likewise defended the blows delivered by a second officer by saying that the suspect appeared "to have his arm beneath his body. You cannot see what was in his hand." Of course, the suspect drew his arms in as a reaction to being kicked in the face.

The suspect was charged with "felony evading." He was referred to in the news account as an "identified gang member," a designation that applies with equal accuracy to the three specimens in blue costumes who arrested him.

  • The chopper commentator is a bleeding heart moron. Maybe he'll feel different if his wife was car jacked by vatos like this pig. Hey officer, next time simply bring a drop cloth and 4 poles to "shade the prisoner from the sun" and USE YOUR HEEL next time...

  • They should have beaten the dog shit out of him.

Honestly, does anyone want a guy like this in their neighborhood? What if he hit an innocent person or kid playing on the street? Would people be crying for him still? The world does not need losers like this.

Maybe a kick to the head is what he needs, knock some sense into him.

  • that shit is unnecessary, cus now that guy can just sue the police department and that comes out of whose pockets? Not the cops, they get suspended, but ours, so anyone who agrees with police brutality, go ahead and pay those fuckers to do whatever they want. Let them falsely arrest people on taxpayers money too, and let them take bribes and steal.

  • @jpeditor He wasn't a vato...he was a white guy...good ole equality of justice.

  • What's all this "he deserved it" bullshit? Who's to decide what's "deserved"? What if the cop just felt the need to shoot? Would that be okay? Solving violence with more violence. You people scare me.

  • Police officer crossed the line and becomes no better than the suspect; he becomes a criminal.

  • good police dude

    YEA! I AGREE BROTHER!!

ANYONE EATING LENTILS OUGHT TO GET KICKED IN THE HEAD, STOMPED IN THE BALLS AND PUBLICLY SPAT ON.... by an angry mob that was just taking shots of gunpowder mixed with grain alcohol!!

WOO HOO this is AMERICA GODDAMNIT. Mine and your country!!

Where god fearing, police loving citizens like you and me deserve due process.

But CAR THIEVES and HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVISTS? Well lets let the cops execute them in our own houses!

Oh how I love your vision.

  • @initiald16

But why not kill them also? If we already allow the Police to 'kick, taser, whatever' as punishment, then that means that you feel that a cop has the right to determine guilt and proper punishment.

I understand, the whole 'innocent until proven guilty' thing can be burdensome.

But if you also agree with the death penalty, then why shouldn't cops punish an individual for a capital offense with death?

Wouldn't you trust YOUR arresting officer as a judge, jury and executioner?

  • @bobbob2795

Well sir, I'm not one to often laugh at human misfortune, especially when meted out by those meant to uphold our justice system with my tax dollars.

BUT with that said, if I can find a video of YOU being unjustifiably kicked in the head, maced, anally probed by a baton, beaten within an inch of your life, or fatally shot to death at pointblank range by PIGS (all these things having happened to other individuals before), I would certainly have a good laugh and be content with taxes

  • @truthcrackers

The difference is nobody is justifying the car thief's actions.

Ignorant individuals with a sheepish inbred authority complex though ARE justifying that pig's actions.

Furthermore, it's one thing for an individual to pursue improper, illegal actions. It's another thing when the enforcers of justice pursue improper, illegal actions, and then are systemically excused for it.

If guilty, I have no doubt that thief will be brought to justice. I can't say the same about the cop.

  • @lapdrock

No, you shouldn't run from the police. If you do, they have the full right to pursue you, arrest you, and bring you to justice.

But police officers have no right whatsoever to be judge, jury and executioner.

It's bad enough that there exist depraved pigs who seize upon and exercise more power than the incredible amount already afforded to them for a few kicks (no pun).

What's even worse though are the people who pardon these actions because of a sheepish inbred authority complex.
