There's such a wonderful kitschiness to these kinds of games, using miniature objects on wires, spinning filmstrips, optical sensors, and backlighting to create a sense of reality. It really appeals to the kid in me (of course, I was a very young kid when these were common, barely tall enough to play or watch 'em).
Kudos to you for posting your collection, describing the mechanics, and playing them. Wonderful stuff!
