  • you shoulda gotten s.o. to help you film this.. btw i'm playin corner here in germany too and my DB coach on the nationalteam which is also my coach on our state allstar team said i got talent but we do not have too many training sessions together.. i gotta train like 10 months with my stupid DB coach on my club team.. i do not learn anything with him.. so what i'm trying to ask for are some fundemental thinks every corner should work on!! can s.b. help me?

  • @dafreshprinceyo I'm sorry for taking so long. Work on keeping your hips low, coming out of your breaks, agility and SPEED. The reason I emphasize speed is because nowadays you have all these number crunching scouts who want to see a fast 40 time, regardless of everything else.

  • the canyon killed me man i couldn't believe we had to run up that mountain five times

  • Strawberry Canyon is hard, but try running the sand hill at Baker Beach... It'll have your legs like jello, but it works

  • did you run up strawberry canyon after this ?

  • first big ups for putttin ur skills on display. i would suggest lowerin ur hips about 2-3 inches< yes it will take more strength and training, as the session went on u can see a little fatigue, but exclnt effort. arms n hips are good, ur rythm could b improvd, slow down ur speed in ur trainin and search for th flow. As u got fatigued u began 2 flex a little 2 far forward witch caused mid bax kyphoisis< a deadly sin as a corner. I hope this helps< i wish u the best. Chk out the 4d tech, on utube.
