This video provides evidence and outlines the case for a full public inquiry into police covert activities at the Stop the SPP protest in Montebello Quebec in August. The SQ have publicly stated that their officers did not provoke violence while dressed as radical protesters with rocks. This video proves that this is a lie -- these covert officers were pushing to start a fight with the riot squad, violating the Criminal Code of Canada and the constitutional and democratic rights of the protesters. We demand a public inquiry!

EXCUSE ME but It's an insult to Canadian citizens that we're supposed to believe that shoving people around and waving rocks in the air is not an act of provocation. Obviously it is.
You do know that their next step would be to infiltrate your peaceful organizations. Upon entry they become part of a group that protests, and will incite violence and justify their violation of criminal code in an all-sweeping statement that their actions were deemed necessary "as part of a larger investigation." That last quoted part is so dismally vague that it enables law breakers to get away with even worse crimes. My bro-in-law used to be a cop and didn't like these tactics.
Nothing new, they get caught inciting violence all the time in countless countries, it does a couple things, they show the undercover cops dress as protesters breaking stuff and commiting violence, it gives the media the riots to focus on instead of the real issue of the protest, it also allows them to "justify" their violations of rights to protest. Just another tool they use to steal our rights.
thank you for clarifying. a lot of people don't understand what happened here. As such, it has been downplayed and quite honestly, ignored, by the mainstream media. This incident deserves much more attention and an honest investigation. NOW.
C'est évident que ces agents étaient là pour provoquer la violence afin de passer les manifestants pour des radicaux. Preuve que le gouvernement Canadien ne souhaite pas qu'on se pose des questions
