From the Heisenberg principle to galaxies, no two items are equal. Our unalienable Rights are part of the Laws of Nature; they are not manmade, and they are relative to our ability.

No. All rights are equal. There are *however* unequal people. Some have considerably more power and ability. So when determining the constitutionality of a law, we must remember that "nothing is more unequal than equal treatment of unequal people". Rights were given to us by our creator, and they are equal. We are all the same type of animal with the same biological imperatives.

@Mike10four Of liberty I would say that, in the whole plenitude of its extent, it is unobstructed action according to our will. But rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add “within the limits of the law,” because law is often but the tyrant’s will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual.

@Chunkylover712 There are no “equal rights” only Unalienable Rights. We do not have the right to infringe on anyone’s Rights. Government only protects our Unalienable Rights. Government does not do healthcare only healthcare professionals. Healthcare professionals have Unalienable Rights too and we do not have the right to make them part of our rights; otherwise, healthcare professionals have the freedom to do something else, aka, not healthcare.

You are correct about rights, and the nature of rights, but wrong about some things. We do in fact have a right to life, and since the government was instituted to protect and maintain our individual and equal rights, the government has a legitimate constitutional interest in protecting and enhancing our right to life. Since we have equal rights to government assistance, and we have a right to life, we DO have a right to healthcare.
