Braindrill (California) performing live at Ground Zero in Spartanburg, S.C. for the Bloodletting North America 7 Tour with Braindrill, Flesh Consumed, Arkaik, and Halo of Gunfire. August 16th, 2010
@horriblequin You think I don't know? I am also a big fan of bassist like Marcus Miller, Victor Wooten, Derek Boyer, etc. But, using a pick doesn't make you a bad bassist, just like finger style or slapping, it's a technique to make your bass growl ,and of course, pick creates a different voice from fingers n thumb, it's like a combination of both, a brightness of slap with attack of fingers, and my other fav. bassists who play with pick are: Duff Mc. Kagan, Rex Brown, Lemmy Kilmister etc.
@metalballs2010 nah a good bassist doesn't need a pick, les claypool, victor wooten, cliff burton, Scott Plumber, Alex Webster, Steve Di Giorgio, Steve Harris, all and others than i forget right now, are really sick and they don't use a pick
@Joostieboy No, thank you, faggot, Death Metal rules! Btw, This isn't the only thing I listened to, I listened to Hard/Classic Rock, any other kinds of metal, Jazz, Blues, Funk,Country, "Core" stuffs, and Classical, so, I have a picture of a wide range of melodies and rhythms, so, who's the twink now?
this stuff is too noodly for me. doesn't sound evil or have any atmosphere. mitochondrion is better.
