Thank you very much for posting this video...I was going to attend the ceremony but I could not make it that afternoon and it looked like it was a great event. We all miss Chick so much...I remember as a little kid at the Fabulous Forum during a Laker game, I went and got Chick and Lynn Shackelford's autograph next to their picture in the game program...as a kid and a Laker fan, I was so happy to meet the man who helped me visualize the games that we could not see...thank you, Chick!

I am 38, and grew up listening to Chick Hearn. Magic was my hero growing up and my memories are of Chicky baby calling the games and how incredible he was. For those of you who are younger and are like yeah, yeah, you REALLY need to take the time to just find and old game that has the audio of Chick calling the games and listen to the best basketball announcer ever. It's beyond words trying to explain it but those of you out there know what I mean. NOBODY will ever be as great as CHICK HEARN

I'm just another voice in the crowd of millions who loved Chick. He taught me the game when I couldn't stay up and watch the Lakers road games because back then if they showed the games at all they were on tape delay at midnight. I can hardly watch some of the old videos on you tube without tearing up. Chick is irreplaceable and will always be the heart of Lakers organization. Thanks for the unforgettable memories Chicky Baby!

So my neighbor #VIDEOPOSTERID# finally told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but leaps over a foot higher! What he used the training plan over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com) and increased over 15 inches in his vertical jump!
