  • @jfreidog If you listen carefully, I say that wine is safe for people with a gluten sensitivity. Gelatin does not have gluten in it. Gelatin is used to clarify wine and because gelatin is commercially made from either beef or pork, people with a beef or a pork sensitivity can have inflammation triggered by drinking wine. I held up the wine bottle to help make the point that sometimes people have muttiple food sensitivities, and some like beef and pork can tricky.

  • Thank you for this wonderful video.I didn't understand the wine sensitivity. If one is gluten sensitive, can they drink wine? Is so, what kind of wine, red or white? Or are they both not good for gluten sensitive eaters? Does geletin have gluten in it?
