  • Johnny Marr is an awesome guitarist. He really is a guitar god, totally different to all the "usual suspects" which is cool. He also has a lot to say and seems to be a decent guy.

  • What a top bloke Johnny Marr. He is articulate, down to earth and has a great passion for music. That is to say nothing of his phenomenal guitar playing skills. His guitar work with the Smiths was totally unique and incredibly innovative.

  • Very enlightening. Real intelligent bloke JM. They managed to touch on many of the great musicians of our modern era in a short time. However I'm surprised Dylan wasn't mentioned even in passing given that Dylan is and has been such a giant through the ages.

  • Johnny Marr rules!

  • I met Morley in the street in Brighton. I approached him and told what an exceptional article he did on Terence Stamp. In Arena. And I followed him and I meant it. He was dismissive. Loved the guy. I am sure that if I met JM, he would give me a minute.

  • I once saw Paul Morely on a flight to JFK.....

  • @feckingtwot Really boring? You obviously don't understand what they're talking about. Don't you have a record collection???

  • @feckingtwot Honestly, I find Johnny's earnest candor refreshing after all these years of watching nerds trying to out do each other's level of Malkmosity

  • I wonder if Johnny likes Agalloch. Im serious.

  • wonder if he likes folky tull. songs from the wood era jethro tull.
