It is pretty odd they're singing about politics. It's not really possible for them to be aware of it at that age; they kinda have no place singing about it.
As far as the music goes, it's alright. And for anyone to bitch about the song length is pretty ignorant. Songs don't have to be a certain length to be great in anyway. Hell, most songs are far too long to begin with.

I play guitar, I sing, I play drums, and I can tell you this. BJ is right. The naked brothers band (lame name) sucks ass. They picked the lamest band name and everyone fell for them even know their music blows ass. The only reason I'm saying this is because the guys voices are too high pitched and they sound like little kids.. it just doesn't sound good. These guys know nothing about politics and the song isn't even 3 minutes long.

This song is pure punk rock. What's with you people?! You put the reasons this song sucks as: "Its too short" and "They know nothing about politics". WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THAT?! Tellevision and Black Flag and the Ramones all made songs even shorter than this, that are considered great songs (ahem, Marquee Moon album). Plus, just because you don't know a lot about politics doesn't mean you can't write about it. Not everyone has to be obsessed with politics to say what they think.
