Freespace Guitar

Here's a quick concept demo of using the Loop pointer to control different guitar effects. We're getting the loop data through libfreespace http://libfreespace.hillcrestlabs.com, and it is sending out different MIDI messages based on the orientation of the Loop.

Obviously, a non-demo version would use a more appropriate form factor.

On the software side, all the effects are running through an Ubuntu PC running JACK, some LADSPA plugins, and monitoring through Ardour. The libfreespace program is platform independent however, so we could run a similar setup on Mac or Windows as well.

Let us know if you think this concept has some legs. Perhaps there are better effects to demo, or maybe even a totally different instrument.
