Would you also be able to help please???im stuck on moves because my arms are not as strong as my legs any tips i just got some wrist weights to help me. anything else that will help me with my upper body? thanks be really grateful

  • @misswoko88 Hi, thanks! Well for upper body strength i would recommend practicing the cartwheel and twisted grip handsprings, this will help build strength

  • @misswoko88 i would say practice pole a couple of times a week, practing things like the handspring on holding it, that will gain you strength
