Attempting the elusive one arm chin-up. I am able to do chin-ups with 90 pounds added (50% of body weight) for 3 reps. In order to reach my goal of 3 one arm chin ups I have calculated that I will need to be able to chin 3/4 of my bodyweight (135 pounds added weight) for 3 reps.
