@Jordywind Yes our of all the phones I've ever reviewed WebOS is my favourite. Just looks and works amazing.

They should just pop webOS on a decent phone. Give us a 1,4ghz dual core processor, a 4" high-res amoled screen, an 8mp camera and couple that with a nice design and excellent build quality, throw webos on it and you've got a real winner.

I just bought the Pre 3 on eBay, I was looking to replace my iPhone 4, but a big key feature I use on the iPhone the GPS. Google Maps works great on it, it's very speedy and reliable. Were you able to test the Maps application on the Pre 3? And if so, was it accurate and reliable?

WebOS has now been released open source to developers, so there could definitely be a future for the platform

Man, I was so psyched about this phone when it was first announced, but was truly worried about HP "owning" it (in every sense of the word). HP missed their opportunity to develop and expand a great OS. It is now truly a footnote. Reviewer's cautions about buying a dead end phone with no one to champion the software development is understated, IMHO.
