"Mikayla? Wake up,beautiful!" He said cheerfully.
I woke up and got ready....I threw up again..MAN was getting tired of that!
"Hey...uhm food piosening isn't suppoesed to last this long..is it?" he asked.
"No..it isn't..." I said,worried.
"Uhmm..thats not a good thing...." he said sheepishly.
"No..it's not...."I said,pacing.
"Remember that night at Jilly's? With the punch that made us all drunk?" I asked.
"Yes...you..you don't think...." he said.
"Maybe,Joe...I mean..I might be.....uh..."
"Pregnant?!?!'' he asked frantically.
"Yea,Joe..I mean..what else?!" I said.....
"Should we get you a test?" He asked.
We went to the drug store and picked up a few tests....I started one as soon as we got home.....
When it was time to reveal the results....
"Joe,I know you don't want to touch my pee stick,but I can't look..." I said,actually truthfully...
"Ok...." he said as he took the test from my trembling hands.
He sighed.
"Before I tell you,will you promise to love me forever??" he said with a strait face.
"Oh no!!" I broke down in tears,infering the result....
"Mikayla,NO!!! You're not! I promise!!!" he said quickly.
"Really?! Gimme that!" I said through the choking tears as I grabbed the test.
"Oh my god! I HATE you! You made it sound like I was!!" I said laughingly.
"No,you don't hate me! I KNEW you would say that so that's why I asked you if you will love me forever!!" he said smiling as he picked me up and sat on the bed,I in his lap.
"Well,I DO love you,and will forever! But seriously,what's with all the vomit?!" I asked.
"Hmm..we should find out...." he said.
"Ok...." I said. "We should go to the doctors soon..I guess if I keep throwin' up...." I continued....
"Yea,I'm just so glad you're not pregnant!!" he said loudly.
Suddenly there was a huge thudding coming up the stairs....
