@andyr123452 Not really cause a real child could have been burned alive in a real emergency, and the fire brigade were not there in time cause she held up over 2 mins on the emergency line.

@MarkMck1994 I have this idea that if it was a "quiet day" on the switchboard then they would let the woman rabbit on but if serious/urgent calls came in then they would have no hesitation in cutting her off - thats what i think anyway.
