i'm 4 weeks into crossfit. i think we did this on my second week. it was the first wod that put me on my back to recover... it was epic

first time I did this I got the timing wrong - 2 mins per station! I got through 2.5 rounds then pretty much fell in a heap!

Are these weights only the plates or total weight with a 45 pound bar. Men 45lb push press is 45lb bar and 30lbs in plates?

The first time I did this workout I could only see yellow afterwards.
