This was a project for my final undergrad. class. It was meant to compare impressionistic techniques in paintings and similar methods in music from the same time, specifically from the Debussy Trio sonata. Paintings are by Monet, Degas, Van Gogh, and Cassatt

  • The last painting was Mary Cassatt's, an American with French ancestry. The other famous female impressionistic painter is of course Berthe Morisot, whose paintings earned her the respect of her collagues.

  • Hello, great video. Any chance for the other movements? Thanks:D
