I recomend for this boss the next things:

2-Reviver seeds i used only one but if Dialga Roar of time more than 3 times you will need 2.

5-Sleep Seeds if you don't have Reviver Seeds or you lost all use some sleep seeds to attack and recover hp.

2-Stun seeds is more easy get all your HP only if you want.

1-Violent Seed and 1 vil seed to throw and if you have some powerful at like Dig or other ground attack you can kill Dialga it one hit (I did this and take 1590)

If you have Vulpix and Shinx, for this battle, I highly recommend you have Imprison for Vulpix (to keep Dialga from moving) and a linked Charge+Electric move. I had Charge+Spark, and with a Violent seed, it did over 200 damage to Dialga each time.

I always pack sleep seeds for boss fights.

Dialga talks like that because the heroes are little critters and he is HUGE compared to them. It's no surprise he talks like that, as it's from the heroes point of view. And he must be very LOUD to them.

i beat him in like 5 seconds with focus punch and fire blast riolu and vulpix but i was like lvl 43

4 years ago i beat this guy at same level as you on first try but now when i try to fight him same levels he just spams roar of time bfor i can even get a hit on him and my vile seeds seem to be missing him every throw
