everyone says multiple of "4 stitches plus 2" ... what does that even mean why not just say 6 lol help??

@KawaiiIchigoDesu The extra 2 stitches help balance out the pattern. If you just cast on a multiple of 6, the pattern won't look right. To cast on a multiple of 4 + 2 means: Any multiple of 4 (4, 8, 12, 16...), then 2 more stitches. So if you cast on 16 stitches, then 2, you would work with a total of 18 stitches.
