Day Before The Air Display

Another load of HD test clips, this time at Mont Fondan capturing lots of comings and goings at Jersey Airport, the day before an air display.

Just trying to get used to handling the new camera, it's not easy handheld with lots of zoom, trying to track flying aircraft! I was amongst a bunch of plane spotters with expensive cameras and airband radios, so that's where the radio sounds were coming from. I had to fade some annoying chatting here and there :)

Thank you, but I can't say as that would blow my cover! Sorry :)

The final quality really all depends on how you edit the video keeping the frame rate the same, and export to 1280x720 as YouTube recommends. Any well reviewed recent HD camcorder should be able to compete with this - if not, they're doing something wrong somewhere! Oh, and I shoot progressive so there's no deinterlacing to worry about.
