im 18,I weigh 180lb and I'm 5"10 ... my max is 250

give me some tips if u can lol

i can get around 7-8 reps now.
my bench workout is 135x10 for warm up and 175 4x10 for real workout. is this any good?

  • wow your about as strong as I am! except I can do 180lbs x 10, 190lbs x 7, 200lbs x5, and my max is 220lbs right now and my goal is 255lbs in july 2011

  • @tekster300 225 is easy ... i would just recommend strength training ... do heavy sets of 5 or less x 3 sets with 3 minutes of break. I was at a max of 275 before i stopped benching

  • @WUTTHEDUNKK71 this vid is 2 years old ... and lmfao 225 10x is easy ... you should really look up the dates on vids and on top of that ... im more into bodyweight excersises now ... such as one arm one leg push ups and human flags ... check out my other vids

  • hitting the weight wrong ..after u lift it up u almost drop it all the way down

    You should hit every rep at the same speed going up and down

  • @osiris8190 did you ever upgrade to a new bench because igot that bench last year 4 my 14th bday and its shitty i should of picked some other bench out

  • another thing is to fill a backpack up with rocks (upto 50lbs) hug it and swing your torso side to side as fast as you can. cause its all about torso twist.

  • if you want to be strong, take the weights off and swing the empty rod back and forth as fast as you can while jumping up and down (if you want some cardio workout) this give you FAST TWITCH SPEED which is all that matters. if you turn your triceps into grasshopper legs, you become a killing machine.
