Una de las tantas bellas interpretaciones del Genio de Gershwin. Gracias.

I am in love with her voice. This series is on Netflix now.

Preciosa y magnifica interpretación mas bella y romántica no he visto felicitaciones por montarla.

Usually I have no problems with modern music such as Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, or even less visited pieces like those of Purple and Zeppelin, but it is truly a shame that this section of youtube has so many little views.

Is Michelle Nicastro's performance available from this show? I loved her shimmy queen.

very nice...the intro bores me, though....the real thing starts at 1:09, hope that's helpful

10/4/11: Not one post, not even mine, mentioned the title of the series: "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles." (Indy is the handsome young man in the wings.)
The coolest moment, from the coolest episode, of one of the coolest TV series, ever.
(How cool? Young Gershwin is the pianist.)

This was a pivotal song in 20th Century American popular music. It utilized some of the same styles invented by George Gershwin in his famous "Rhaopsdy in Blue," and was one of the Gershwin brothers' most successful utilization of Ira's lyrics.

@dml130373 No, it's not the actress (Jennifer Stevens). It's sung by Linda Ronstadt.

Thanks!
There is a small mistake... :) Song "The Man I Love" was written in 1924....

@marchfishka: It may be, but that's the name of the episode - "The scandal of 1920" and I think that was also the name of the show in the film, I don't remember well. Anyway, thank you for this detail ;)
