It's not bad, but I think the gestures should be more restrained. Gilbert and Sullivan is best if you play the character straight.
They aren't being funny, they're just living their ordinary lives. The audience can tell when it's funny by themselves. Too many modern productions forget that and overdo the performance. The Pirate Movie being a good example, while the Linda Ronstadt version of Pirates of Penzance is quite well done, with only minimal mugging for the camera.

Never do gestures without any intention behind them... for example if you don't really know why you are making a gesture (other than being told to or you want to fill space) then you shouldn't make it.
Also, don't attempt to create vibrato by restricting/controlling air flow, true natural vibrato is created by an unrestricted free-flowing airflow. Also, maybe try brightening your [a] vowel - especially in the [aI] diphthong - it shifts to "uh" a lot.
