The Magic Meter Enhancement is found in Death Mountain Crater behind some red boulders. Break them with the Hammer to reach the cave behind them.

Another trick you can do for the stalfos on the ship is to go to the very back (making sure not to fall into the abyss) and the stalfos sword swings are out of your reach. Also, when they try and maneuver around you, they'll just fall off the ship at their own cause.

I tried destroying the Moving walls at 5:53 with bombs, didnt work

@Mkdude27 I think you either buy it or find it in a chest in the spirit temple, i could be wrong but i remember finding it there.
