This seems to be a follow-up from the "Up, Down, Touch the Ground" clip and it goes into the "Eeyore's 'Tael'" clip if memory serves.

@ScratStitch well since most of their money if for making crappy repetitive tween shows for the monstrocity known as 'Disney Channel' it's no surprise that animating something new for TV that's good quality seems impossible.
