Thanks this helps for diverticulitis and Colon pains to relax and move better. I discovered by myself before watching or reading about this.

Thank you for sharing this excellent information. I have found it useful in dealing with colon spasm and tummy aches.

So colonics are basically enemas.

I have diverticulitis and piles. I am in agony at the moment with spasms in my bowel. Will this help?
Luvmypets123 1 week ago
@Luvmypets123 It will help with the spasms - but I have complete treatments for both conditions on my blog - go to my site ListenToYourGut [dot] com and enter "HemorrHeal" in the search box and "castor oil pack" and those will give you instructions for both.

Hi there, do you think these massages could unload the caecum ( for people who can't afford colonics ! ) ?
mersylla 4 months ago
@mersylla The massage will certainly help. But if you combine it with an herbal cleanse, or even just a gentle daily product like MetaCleanse that will likely give you the desired results. If you can't find MetaCleanse (it's a mix of bentonite clay, psyllium and flax seed) we sell it online at HolisticHealthShoppe [ dot ] com

does this benefit the lymphatic system too? How do you cause lymph nodes to drain (become unswollen)?
Guitarrachica777 4 months ago
@Guitarrachica777 You can see a bodywork therapist (often a massage therapist who's done additional training) for "lymph drainage massage". It's a very specific technique.
