I was more in getting the main video plot then getting the Game play. The game playing part is done in high speed playing and then speedup for video length time to be shortened.

I used Camtasia and Cam studio, Camstudio uses less power to run Camtasia Has the special effects. I had a 3200+ 64bit amd over clocked at 2.4 when running game and recording and had some lag. a duel core might work better.

I just realised, the woman in the bridge is played by Athena Massey. Hadn't ever noticed she'd been in Tiberian Sun before she moved on to become Lt. Eva in RA2.
