@AnindyaBoseKurt Hey Alex, the Banshee Talk Box can be used with any pedal or amp set up. Your best bet is to put it after the Line 6 POD so you can effect that signal. Also remember, to get the best out of your talkbox, you will want to use it with a mic or PA setup. The way a talkbox works is it takes your sound sends it through the tube and bounces it off the back of your mouth. In order to amplify that effect you would need a MIC, however the Banshee II allows you to blend the two signals.
so basically....for me to play guitar AND use the talkbox,I need an additional amp right? one for guitar & one for the talkbox "mic"?

@97warlock In order to use the Banshee Talk Box to its full potential you will need a mic and/or PA type system. The idea behind a talk box is the sound is diverted down the tube to bounce off the back of your mouth. When you move the shape of your lips you are creating the talkbox effect. The MIC and PA helps to amplify this effect.

Hello there its me again , I have got my rocktron banshee 2 talk box and I am actually having a problem connecting with my guitar processor which is pod x3 live.I want to use the distortion from my processor. If you kindly let me know how to connect the wires in details , I would be grateful. Thanks :)

@AnindyaBoseKurt I think your best bet is to go from the output of your processor to the input of your Banshee II, then use the output (to amp) of the Banshee II and connect to the input of your amplifier.
