Hey, I have a question. I am the new color guard commander for Chaparral High School, and when I finished reviewing the S.O.P. for C.C.S.D. drill I noticed the statement: Two Step rule is waived. It said in brackets. What does it mean by the two step rule?

Minor correction to my previous comment. There were two army judges and one navy/coast guard. Can't tell which. The guy u see in blues white boy is our instructor, not a judge.

K tired of this gay chap kid. Last time I checked, there was 1 af judge, 1 navy judge, and 1 army judge. Sooo ur own branch screwed you too. Also, I didn't see chap in the top 3 AT ALL so before u talk about how ubeat our ass, why don't u place before u comment. Oh and the reason we win is cuz OUR cadence, not urs, stays the same through the ENTIRE regulation. So I conclusion, stop bitching cuz u lost and get over it.
